Investors can be broadly categorized based on their investment goals, risk tolerance, and the types of assets they invest in. Some common classifications include retail vs. institutional, conservative vs. aggressive, and those focused on income, growth, or value. You identify yourself as to investor type based upon your investment strategies you have identified for you. This education is to inform you of the different investor types and their strategies to aid you in developing your investor type(s).
